Appointment Policy
Appointments are recommended to guarantee the doctor you would like to see but walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.

Request an appointment using your Pet Portal. Log in to get started. Please make your requests 72 hours in advance.

If you would like to schedule an appointment but don't wish to set up a Pet Portals account, you can create an appointment using our Online Appointment Scheduler. Just click here and fill out the information. You will then be contacted with confirmation of your appointment.


After-Hours Emergencies
We provide after-hours emergency services for our clients. Please call 307-733-1606 in the event of an emergency.

Payment Options
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Traveler's checks. We offer discounts to animal rescue groups. .
