Owning and caring for pets is one of life's most rewarding pleasures. Our in-house groomer, Meg Gummerson, with 12 years of grooming education and experience, is an active member of the Colorado Professional Pet Groomer's Association. Meg is continually striving to perfect her craft through continuing education and competition.
Our grooming services are by appointment Monday through Friday. Please call for availability. We are committed to offering a specialized approach for each individual animal, including geriatric, special needs and puppies' first groom. We will accommodate the grooming schedule accordingly. Grooming rates vary and depend greatly on breed, temperament, condition of coat, and difficulty in style. Time will also be a factor in the overall rate. A routine grooming schedule can reduce grooming costs, as well as helping keep your pet healthy and happy.
We use premium (all natural) products, customizing your pets' bath to their special needs. We can address most skin and/or coat issues with our products, but should you choose to bring your own treatments, we will be happy to accommodate you.
The shed less treatment is an excellent added service for those dogs that shed – Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Welsh Corgis, Australian Shepherds, Basset Hounds, etc! Your feline companion may also benefit from special brushing and "carding" techniques. This removes 80-90% of the dead coat, leaving your pet's coat softer and more lustrous. A luxury Remoisturizer can also restore moisture to your pets' skin and coat which most pets need due to our arid climate.
The Happy Tails Spa Dog package adds a specialty fragranced shampoo, a conditioner and tooth brushing to the groom for a total makeover day!
To protect your pets and others who visit, we require up to date vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, parvo and bordatella (kennel cough).
